Explore, Discover, and Embrace Your Authentic Self
Are you a young adult struggling with forming your identity? Are your core beliefs shifting and you’re feeling disconnected from yourself? Maybe finding your career or your 'people' has been harder than you thought and you're feeling alone? I want to meet you. I am a therapist passionate about helping clients explore, discover, and embrace their most authentic selves. As a therapist with lived experiences of anxiety and trauma, I understand the work its takes to come back to YOU. I use holistic approaches, including equine assisted psychotherapy, to assist you with building autonomy and resilience.
What We Offer
Equine Assisted Therapy
There’s something powerful about being with horses—something that words alone can’t always capture. In equine-assisted therapy, the focus isn’t on riding, but on building trust, awareness, and emotional insight through guided interactions with horses. Their calm, intuitive nature helps us slow down, tune in, and connect in a way that feels both grounding and transformative.
Individual Therapy
Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes we all need a space that’s just for us—a place to sort through the noise, feel understood, and reconnect with ourselves. Individual therapy offers that space. It’s a collaborative process where you and your therapist work together to explore what’s holding you back and what might help you move forward.
Ready to begin?
Taking the first step can feel intimidating—but it’s also the most powerful one. Whether you’re looking for a space to talk, to heal, or simply to feel heard, we’re here to support you. No pressure. No judgment. Just a path forward, together.
Reach out today to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. You don’t have to do it all alone—and you don’t have to wait to start feeling better.
Who we are
I believe therapy should be a soul-searching experience to discover and love your most authentic self. You are a whole person - body, mind, and spirit - so therapy should include every part! I utilize techniques from attachment theory, internal family systems, and the EAGALA model. As a personal trainer, I include fitness expertise, as well.
Therapy is hard. Finding a therapist that's a good fit can be even harder. I'd love to see if we'd make a great match! Whether we meet in person, via telehelath, or at the barn with the horses, let's find a fit that's best for you and get you where you want to go.
